Dubbo捕获提供者自定义异常(设置filter，声明自定义异常，自定义DubboExceptionFilter并设置filter)

方法一： filter="-exception"

<dubbo:provider delay="${dubbo.provider.delay}" retries="0" filter="-exception" />

方法二：throws BusinessException

    Advert selectById(String advertId) throws BusinessException;

方法三：自定义DubboExceptionFilter

 设置filter="dubboExceptionFilter,-exception"

将ExceptionFilter copy一份改名为DubboExceptionFilter，稍作修改
