SpringMVC文件上传

Spring框架提供了一个CommonsMultipartResolver组件,相当于上传文件的解析器，它可以调用
commons-fileupload.jar工具包将请求中的上传文件流信息解析出来保存到服务器的某个目录下。

步骤如下：
1 . 在spring配置CommonsMultipartResolver组件

2 . 导入common-fileupload.jap和commons-io.jar包

3 .使用form 表单上传必须使用POST方式；
必须添加enctype=”multipart/form-data”,表示以字节流的形式

4 .Controller方法参数为MultipartFile类型接收。
由于multipartResolver 解析出来，所有Controller方法才能直接用MultipartFile接收文件对象。

写一个页面 upload.jsp
