步骤：

1、下载第三方的包，注意版本问题，比如3.0的版本就不能和struts整合；

2、在web.xml文件中注册Filter；

   <filter>
    <filter-name>sitemesh</filter-name>
    <filter-class>com.opensymphony.sitemesh.webapp.SiteMeshFilter</filter-class>
  </filter>

  <filter-mapping>
    <filter-name>sitemesh</filter-name>
    <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
  </filter-mapping>

3、定义相应的模板文件

4、编写装饰器文件，说明那些页面要引入模板

总结：使用sitemesh，是为了为页面加上一个统一的样式布局，其它的页面以此模板页面为标准；
