摘要:为探讨员工援助计划(EAP)在企业管理中的意义,分别介绍了员工援助计划、员工的行为与绩效分析、压力管理的概念,通过对上述三个方面的分析,分析了员工援助计划对提高组织承诺、提高员工工作动力与绩效的作用,并分析了员工援助计划所能带来的收益。

Meanings of Application of Employee Assistant Program (EAP) in the Enterprise Management
Abstract: In order to analyze the meanings of application of Employee Assistant Program (EAP) in the enterprise management, EAP, employee’s behavior and performance analysis, management of stress was introduced. By analyzing the previous three aspects, contribution of EAP in the effect of the upgrade of organizational commitment, improving the employee’s motivity was analyzed and the profit produced by EAP was analyzed.
