一、NumPy科学计算库

### --- 安装numpy模块

C:\Users\Administrator>pip install numpy -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

二、启动jupyter终端

### --- 启动主jupyter

C:\Users\Administrator>jupyter notebook

三、在浏览器下可以查看到jupyter的启动
