using xsp as standalone http server

1. mono-1.1.4
./configure --prefix=/opt/mono --with-preview=yes
make; make install

export PATH=$PATH:/opt/mono/bin

2. xsp-1.0.6
./configure --prefix=/opt/mono

3. postgresql-8.0.1
./configure --prefix=/opt/postgres

createdb -E unicode testdb

edit postgresql.conf: listen_addresses = '192.168.1.2'.

edit pg_hba to enable remote connection.
