C语言creat 文件的默认权限

用 C语言creat 文件的默认权限， 本来是希望文件为 -rw-rw-rw- 权限的文件。 但是实际创建出来的文件为：-rw-r-----

后经过查看文档，发现原来系统有一个默认的umask, umask 默认值为22， 为了创建原来希望的权限的文件， 设置umask 值为0即可
