前端都需要安装那些工具呢？
我并不是从新电脑开始一点点整理的所以遗漏了很多，大家可以留言来补充。

# nvm (node管理工具)(选装)(安装完了还需要配置环境,参照GitHub)

# Webpack (建议安装在项目中，不全局安装)
