实验内容

1.下面是一个文件打不开的异常处理程序，分析程序并完成相应问题。

3、写一个程序（sy10_3.cpp），将24小时格式的时间转换成12小时格式。下面是一个示范的对话：

定义一个名为 TimeFormatMistake 的异常类。如果用户输入非法时间，比如10:65，或者输入一些垃圾字符，比如6&*65，程序就抛出并捕捉一个 TimeFormatMistake 异常。
