【LintCode】判断一个字符串是否包含另一个字符串的所有字符

问题描述：
比较两个字符串A和B，确定A中是否包含B中所有的字符。字符串A和B中的字符都是 大写字母。
样例
给出 A = “ABCD” B = “ACD”，返回 true
给出 A = “ABCD” B = “AABC”， 返回 false
注意事项
在 A 中出现的 B 字符串里的字符不需要连续或者有序。

问题分析：
比喻一个场景，甲和乙手里有纸牌A到Z，判断甲包含乙手里的牌
首先把甲的牌哈希一下吧，A到Z分别有多少张
然后A到Z张数循环减去乙手里的牌，如果有任何一个字母的张数为负数，那么返回false
