elasticsearch在有代理的情况下安装head plugin

head plugin 对于elasticsearch来说，是很好的管理工具。

如果机器如代理，可以直接安装head plugin，如下：

cd C:\elasticsearch-0.90.3\bin
plugin -install mobz/elasticsearch-head

但是，如果机器有代理，则需按照以下步骤：

1、先手工下载head所需的zip包，地址：

http://github.com/mobz/elasticsearch-head/archive/master.zip 

放到c盘根目录下。

2、执行：

C:\elasticsearch-1.4.2\bin>plugin -u file:///C://elasticsearch-head-master.zip -
i mobz/elasticsearch-head

便可安装。
