临时用一次的用法： pip install  -i  镜像站URL  需下载的python库名

例如： pip install  -i  https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple  tensorflow-gpu

 

一劳永逸的方法：在cmd中输入以下命令即可

pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

会在home路径中创建一个配置文件
