assess the situation
I'm going to come up with a plan
and I'm going to execute
and then
start moving
it's not going to be a perfect plan
but take action
action that moved you in a positive direction
and if it ends up being the wrong direction
that fine
at least you've lean ed where not to go
now where this gets tough
it's completely out of your control
some things are completely out of your control
and that's fine
and when that's happened
yout ask yourself what can I control
don't get crushed by things going wrong
ask yourself, what am I going to do
and then go do it
keep your dreams phenomenal
keep your vision phenomenal
keep it phenomenal
and now I need you to get your weight up
as an individual
I need you to get your schedule up
I need you to get your life up
I need you to get your words up
I need you to get your heart up
I need you to get your action up
