在python环境到入TensorFlow的时候，报下面写错误：

>>> import tensorflow as tf

FutureWarning: Conversion of the second argument of issubdtype from `float` to `np.floating` is deprecated. In future, it will be treated as `np.float64 == np.dtype(float).type`.

原因h5py和numpy的版本有冲突

解决方法：升级h5py

pip install --upgrade h5py

升级完成后，在python环境导入TensorFlow，不在报错。
