函数	函数描述
[Plg,Plt]=meshgrid(lon,lat ）	returns 2-D grid coordinates based on the coordinates contained in vectors x and y. X is a matrix where each row is a copy of x, and Y is a matrix where each column is a copy of y. The grid represented by the coordinates X and Y has length(y) rows and length(x) columns.简单说就是：形成一个length(lat)*length(lon)的矩阵（二维），Plg是每行复制，Plt是每列一致
m_proj(‘Equidistant Cylindrical’,‘lat’,[-90 90],‘long’,[-180 180]);	设置平面投影，矩形
m_proj(‘Robinson’,‘lat’,[-90 90],‘long’,[-180 180]);	设置平面投影，上下平，两边凸
m_pcolor(Plg,Plt,N20_remap);	在地图上创建一个pcolor图像，实质上根据N20_remap的值绘制影像
