常用视频质量评价库以及下载地址

IVP 数据库是由香港中文大学图像与视频处理实验室于 2011 年提供的主观视频质量数据库,其中 9 组是自然场景视频,有一组是通过3D 建模制造的动画。视频库包括四种失真类型,有MPEG-2 压缩失真、Dirac 小波压缩失真、H.264 压缩失真以及 IP 网络传输失真。

俄克拉荷马州立大学视觉实验室提供的主观视频质量数据库（CSIQ）包含228个视频，其中12个原始视频，216个失真视频。

All videos in this database are in raw YUV420 format with a resolution of 832x480 pixels, a duration of 10 s, and span a range of frame rates: 24, 25, 30, 50, and 60 fps. For each reference video, we applied one of six types of distortion at three different levels of distortion. The distortion types consist of four compression-based distortion types and two transmission-based distortion types:
    H.264 compression (H.264)
    HEVC/H.265 compression (HEVC)
    Motion JPEG compression (MJPEG)
    Wavelet-based compression using the Snow codec (SNOW)
    H.264 videos subjected to simulated wireless transmission loss (WIRELESS)
    Additive white noise (AWGN)

LIVE 视频数据库是德克萨斯州奥斯汀分校图像和视频工程实验室于 2010 年提供的视频质量评价数据库。库中包含了 10 组内容不同的自然场景原始视频及其失真视频。每组视频包括了一个原始视频、4 个无线传输失真视频、3 个 IP 传输失真视频、 4 个 H.264 压缩失真视频以及 4 个 MPEG-2压缩失真视频。
