Jupyter 安装好了,可是网页打不开?

换了新的环境，重新反复 安装了Anaconda但Jupyter打不开了。
不知道是不是安装了一些东西的步骤不对还是其他的原因。尝试了一些方法，
1、先pip install --upgrade pip sudo pip install jupyter notebook
2、重新下载pip install jupyter
或者先卸载conda uninstall jupyterlab
在重新安装。。。。。。
还是无法打开

最后直接简单复制网址打开
