使用CTex遇到的奇特的问题，留下来方便以后查看

近期有网友频繁遇到这个问题，代码没有问题，而却会报错如下：

解决方案如下：
将时间改到5年前，再编译，一切OK。
但改系统时间是很不爽的一件事情。可以使用如下的解决办法：
打开\MiKTeX\tex\latex\base\latex.ltx文件
找到“\ifnum\count@>65” 然后修改为“\ifnum\count@>100” (or some number larger than 100)
保存文件

注意：真正的问题并没有修正，只是保证代码可以编译罢了
