1.新建一个类MyOnGestureListener继承GestureDetector.SimpleOnGestureListener
2.重写onDown方法,必须返回true,重写onFling方法,实现滑动效果
3.在fragment中new一个GestureDetector对象,GestureDetector构造函数中第二个参数传MyOnGestureListener的对象
4.在fragment中调用view.setOnTouchListener,重写onTouch方法返回gestureDetector.onTouchEvent(event)
