看一下参数是否写对，比如“graph_truth”，可以直接换掉不要了

方法一：将numpy换成低版本
方法二： 将pycocotools库下的cocoeval.py文件中的第506、507行换成：

        self.iouThrs = np.linspace(.5, 0.95, 10, endpoint=True)
        self.recThrs = np.linspace(.0, 1.00, 101, endpoint=True)
或者
        self.iouThrs = np.linspace(.5, 0.95, int(np.round((0.95 - .5) / .05)) + 1, endpoint=True)

        self.recThrs = np.linspace(.0, 1.00, int(np.round((1.00 - .0) / .01)) + 1, endpoint=True)
