maven下载依赖项慢

右键项目，在下面找到maven，然后鼠标悬在上面，如果创建了setting.xml文件，会显示open setting.xml，如果没有创建，会显示创建setting.xml，我们点击它就可以了，然后把下面的代码替换进去，重启idea就可以了，
