在使用Oracle GoldenGate进行初始数据加载时遇到错误OGG-01192和OGG-01668，原因是尝试对可能作为LOB块写入的数据类型使用RMTTASK。问题出在含有BLOB字段的PORTAL.UNID_PAPER表上。解决方法是采用File to Replicat的初始加载技术，通过rmtfile代替rmttask来处理包含LOB数据的表。
现象：
GG做init data load时，报错OGG-01192，OGG-01668
