下面是自己在项目是使用的checkstyle rule的模板。适用于checkstyle 5.0+
因为项目是Swing的关系，所以允许了很多本应该不能忽略的检查，比如“magicNumber”，“参数个数不能超过3个”等。
如果是非swing程序，这些约束建议都放开。
