/dev/sda3: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
(i.e., without -a or -p options)

在(or type Control-D to continue)后输入root用户的密码
首先在修复filesystem时要umount掉运行该命令:
如: umount /
运行fsck.ext3(也可使用e2fsck) -p /dev/sda3 ;未能修复
运行fsck.ext3 -y /dev/sda3 ; repair ok
或运行fsck.ext3  /dev/sda3 ; repair ok
