react 项目中 redux的调试工具不起作用

   这个百度了一圈，试了各种办法，但依然不起作用。本着尝试的态度，我将redux-devtools-extentions 降低了一个bug版本，居然可以生效了，redux调试工具正常加载出数据；

    将react项目中用到的包版本记录一下，如下：
