IEEE trans投稿编辑要求单栏格式更改问题

投稿期刊：IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications

两次上传单栏模板都是马上被编辑打回了，后来导师说IEEE上传论文时都要求是单栏上传，最后如果录用才会更改为双栏。

编辑返回意见：

Transactions Papers should be concisely written and no longer than 30 single-column, double-spaced pages (12-point font, approximately 30 lines per page with 6.5-inch line length) including the title, authors names and their complete contact information, abstract, index terms, text, equations, figures, tables, appendices if any, and all references. References can be in 10-point font. Figures and tables should be placed along with text rather than at the end of the paper. These requirements can be met easily by using the IEEEtran.cls file along with this heading and standard one-inch margins, which need not even be specified: \documentclass[12pt, draftclsnofoot, onecolumn]{IEEEtran}

一开始比较笨，没理解编辑的意思。以为只是图片摆放位置的问题，后来看到人家给的这行代码，就去修改了一下latex的开头

改成了：

\documentclass[journal,12pt,onecolumn,draftclsnofoot,]{IEEEtran}

然后就是单栏了
