西湖论剑·2022中国杭州网络安全技能大赛
12月13日，在“首届全球数字贸易博览会·数字安全主题论坛”上，浙江省公安厅一级警务专员石小忠、浙江省委网信办副主任马晓军、杭州市公安局副局长姚利民、共青团杭州市委副书记周妙荣和安恒信息高级副总裁郑赳共同启动“西湖论剑·2022中国杭州网络安全技能大赛”。五剑齐下，本届大赛正式拉开序幕！

西湖论剑·中国杭州网络安全技能大赛已连续举办五届，吸引来自全国知名高校和企业的精英战队报名参与，万余名网安翘楚参赛。目前，大赛已成为全国知名网络安全竞赛品牌，为网络安全人才竞技比拼和交流连接提供了舞台。
网络安全作为国家安全的重要部分，在数字化的未来，需要更多青年人才的投入与坚守。本届大赛将围绕“人才：筑牢数字安全屏障”这一核心主题，持续选拔优秀网络安全人才、挖掘先进网络攻防技术，助力构筑安全、可靠的网络环境，为我国数字经济与现代化发展服务。
政企合力 共襄盛举
本届大赛由杭州市公安局、共青团杭州市委、杭州市学生联合会主办，由杭州安恒信息技术股份有限公司、杭州市网络安全研究所、杭州市网络安全协会承办。集结政企的多维力量，打造独具一格的赛事品牌。
秉承初心 五年坚守
西湖论剑·中国杭州网络安全技能大赛秉承网络安全人才培养的初心，5年来累计招募2926支攻防队伍、10000+参赛选手，覆盖全国400多所高校，奖金池累计突破600万元。本次大赛也将继续挖掘社会急需的知攻善防、一专多能的实战型网络安全技术人才，此外，本届大赛还将回归网络安全的本质，强调防御技能的考察，“以战验防，以攻促防”。
赛制创新 真实对抗
本届大赛分为网络靶场实战赛、IoT攻防赛、可信众测赛三大赛项，突破网络层安全竞技，将攻防视角引入硬件层面，在赛制、赛题质量方面都取得重大创新。
赛事亮点抢先看
真实设备攻防：首次在竞赛中加入由安恒信息海特实验室研发的真实IoT设备，设计基于硬件层的attack&defence赛制，上演物理世界的“攻防show”，展现参赛选手“硬”实力。
蓝队应急演练：搭建仿真网络空间靶场，模拟真实事件场景，除了具备攻击方视角的综合渗透环境，更重磅加入蓝队视角的应急响应演练环境，全方位锻炼参赛选手的网络攻防实战技能。

参赛对象
本届大赛面向全日制高校在校生（含研究生），以所在高校为单位组队参赛，不得跨校组队。

参赛说明
以团队形式报名参赛，通过赛事官网报名并经确认的队伍获得参赛资格。
本赛项不接受跨单位组队，参赛团队成员需来自同一单位，但同一高校中本科生院与研究生院属于两个单位，可分别组队报名参赛。
每支队伍参赛成员（含队长）至少4人，最高不超过8人，队员不得重复组队。
线上初赛所有队员皆可参赛，初赛晋级后，需从队员中挑选4名进入线下决赛。

- Web Exploit — Web technologies and vulnerabilities.

Each category will have three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium and Hard.

Hack a Bit is a youth cyber education program that has three rounds of competition. The first round is an exam whereas the second and third rounds are traditional jeopardy-style capture-the-flag events. Most youth capture-the-flag programs just give you a competition, Hack a Bit is designed to provide education alongside the competition to produce stronger security experts at a younger age.
You must be 13-18 (inclusive) as of 1 November 2022 to be eligible to play. Registration is open until the end of round one, 31 December 2022.

Ugra CTF Quals 2023 is an open information security competition for beginners. It is a 36-hour online event. Everybody is welcome to participate.
This CTF is organized by [team Team] in a joint effort with Ugra Research Institute of Information Technologies and Information Technologies and Digital Development Department of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Ugra.
Teams of high school students and others are playing in separate scoreboards, but they will be merged upon uploading to CTFtime.
<b>Note</b>: This year challenges will be a bit easier than usual. If you enjoyed our previous years' Quals, come and join us at <a href="https://ctftime.org/event/1853">Ugra CTF Open 2023</a> which will be held June 2023.
The official language of Ugra CTF is Russian, but you are welcome to participate even if you don’t speak it. We will try our best to ensure that no task relies on something that can’t be understood by proper use of machine translation.
