执行npm命令时遇到operation not permitted问题的分析与处理

背景

今天从码云上下载了一个前端的开源项目，基于node.js的，按照项目说明需要安装grunt-cli，使用如下命令：

npm install grunt-cli -g

结果运行出现operation not permitted错误，如下图：

问题分析

这个问题，主要是由于权限不够导致，我最初执行上面的命令使用的Windows PowerShell，没有以管理员身份运行。

解决方法

以管理员身份运行CMD，重新在工程目录下执行以上命令，发现运行一切正常~
