Constructor Overloading in Actionscript 3.0

Actionscript3 doesn't support overloaded constructor, but I am not sure if so for general function, although here is an article says it supports:http://ntt.cc/2009/07/28/beginning-actionscript-3-override-overload.html

However, I found some solutions for imitating a overloaded constructor.
