新建项目

new-dynamic web project-projectname-defaultoutputfolder:(可选择的更改为WebRoot\WEB-INF\classes)-contentdirectory:(可选择更改为WebRoot)-finish

lib导包

注意导入的是spring3.2版本的包，考虑spring3.2可能与jdk1.8不兼容，所以尽量配置tomcat7+jdk1.7

配置tomcat到eclipse

window-preferences-server-runtime environment-add-type-选择tomcat路径和jdk版本
