pip install package 失败并提示ssl certificate: [SSL: TLSV1_ALERT_PROTOCOL_VERSION]的解决方法

解决方案：

$ curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py >> get-pip.py
$ python get-pip.py

然后重新尝试install pip <package>

 

>>如果Mac提示permission denied:

$ sudo -H pip install <package>
