Please be informed that now, the deployment to both WAS1/2 has been successfully completed and the Production environment has been back to normal.
This is to announce the successful completion of the new AO deployment.
From tomorrow, the CSV file will be generated in the new format, so I'd like to ask Customer Service members' special support on this.
Also, I would like to request CS to collect customer feedbacks.
I want to express my special thanks to Dalian team and Tokyo IT team for their excellent support and passion to FSKK business.

I wanted to thank the team for the tremendous effort made to develop this new account opening application, which should increase application completion rates by 10%. This is very timely since we need to fight for every new account in this tough market environment.
This represents the first major upgrade to our web platform and it was an very impressive collaborative effort, demonstrating once again that we can develop software faster, cheaper, and at higher quality by leveraging the Dalian development center.
I'd like to thank the Japan Retail Business Development team led by Doi-san, who did a great job in managing this project to tight deadlines and budgets.
I also wanted to extend special thanks to the members of the Dalian team who not only demonstrated their mastery of the new platform, but also came in over the Chinese holidays last week to ensure that we could launch it on schedule.
Last, but not least, many thanks to Liang-san and the Japan Systems team who played a lead role in integrating this new application into our existing systems environment.
