SOLVE:

mv kernel/generic/android_x86_64/drivers/usb/gadget ../cm-13-kiwi-kernel-backup/usb.gadget
cp -r ../cm-x86-13.0-rc1/kernel/drivers/usb/gadget kernel/generic/android_x86_64/drivers/usb/

(成功生成 modules.dep)
