【6层】4436某底框花园住宅楼设计(含计算书、建筑图、开题报告、任务书)—

摘要

本毕业设计题目“花园住宅”工程，位于湖南省衡阳市XX开发区内。共7层，一层为超市，，其余层为住宅。总建筑面积4436m2，总长 55.6米，总宽13.3米，首层层高4.2米，其余层层高3.0米，为二类建筑，防火等级二级。按非抗震设防设计。建筑物的安全等级为二级，结构设计使用年限为50年。

本毕业设计主要内容包括建筑设计、结构设计两个部分。建筑设计是依据设计任务书提供的建筑设计方案的基础上进行修改、充实和完善，完成了建筑平、立、剖面设计、各细部的构造设计及总平面设计。结构设计是本毕业设计的重点，主要依据已完成的建筑设计、结构现行规范及工程地质水文地质条件设计而成。选用的钢筋级别有HPB235、HRB335级，选用的混凝土强度等级有C25、C30。完成的主要内容有，结构方案的选择和结构布置。用手工进行结构的分析计算工作（构件截面尺寸的初步估计、荷载的计算、及次梁等小构件的设计、框架的设计、楼梯的设计及基础的设计），同步完成了相应部分的配筋计算及结构构造设计。学习应用PKPM结构设计软件，进行结构的计算机辅助设。分析比较计算机计算与手工分析计算结果。

abstract

This graduation project whose topic is “the flower home”, is located in the new development zone of Hengyang China new development zone. The bluid have 7 floor, the first floor is used for supermarket, other are the offices. all space of this floor is 4436m

, the lengthe of it is 55.6 meters, the total width is 13.3 meters, the height of first layer store t 4.2 meters, the height of other floor is 3.0 meters, this building is secordary architecture。It is not designed according to earthquake avoiding . The building security rating is two, the estimated useful life is 50 years.

This graduation project mainly includes architectural design, structural design. Basd on the architectural design plan,architectural design is revised,enriched perfected,it finished plane, three-dimensimal,and sectional drawing design ,each detailed structuraldesign and the total plan design ,structural design is the key of this structural design, currently standard stuctural ,and the condition of engineering and hydrology.

The selected reinforcing steel has HPB235 ……,What’s more ,the selected eoncrete intensity ha C25,C30.The main contents include the selection of structural plan, stucrtural design, analysis and calculation the structural,the initial estimation of section is size, the calculation of load,design of decondary bean and foundation,At the same time ,this project accomplishes corresponding calculation of disposed and design of structural construction ,We learn to use PKPM ,CAD, and can compare the results of computer and handwork
