河南郑州某4层建筑面积约4600 m2框架结构商业办公楼设计（含计算书、设计图、翻译、文献综述）

摘  要

本文为XX商业办公楼设计计算书。该楼建筑面积4600平方米左右，根据建筑设计、抗震方面等的要求，确定合理的结构形式和结构布置方案，确定框架、基础的形式。根据要求采用了钢筋混凝土结构。

本设计中选取一榀主框架以及楼面及屋面板进行截面设计及配筋计算。首先根据框架布局确定各构件尺寸，进行恒载、活载及风荷载的统计。主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计，包括平面定位图设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计。结构设计，框架结构设计主要包括：结构选型，梁、柱、墙等构件尺寸的确定，重力荷载计算、横向水平作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算、竖向荷载作用下横向框架的内力分析、内力组合、截面设计、基础设计。其中,基础设计又包括基础选型、基础平面布置、地基计算等。

在设计的过程中我严格按照最新规范及有关规定进行设计，其中采用的计算

方法均参照有关书籍。

Abstract

     This paper is a comprehensive office building design calculations. The building area of 4000 square meters, according to the building design, earthquake and other requirements, determine the reasonable structure form and structure layout, determine the basic framework, form. According to the requirements by the reinforced concrete structure.

      Section design and reinforcement calculation of a main frame and floor and roof panel selected in this design. According to the frame structure to determine the size of each member, statistics of dead load, live load and wind load. Mainly includes the architectural design and structural design of two parts   Architectural design, including the plane location map design, graphic design, facade design, profile design. Structure design, frame structure design mainly includes: the selection of the structure, determine the size of beam, column, wall and other components, gravity load calculation, horizontal under frame of internal force and lateral calculation under vertical load, lateral analysis of internal force, internal force combination, cross section design, foundation design. Among them, foundation design includes selection of foundation, foundation layout, foundation calculation etc..

工程地点在郑州市。建筑面积约4600 m2，拟建建筑物层数为四层框架结构。外墙装修采用外墙涂料、瓷片；窗户采用平开铝合金窗，门采用铝合金门。房间有：办公室、会议室、卫生间等。
