1-2 years Java programming experience including J2EE, Weblogic and Oracle (OC4J)；
1-2 years solid experience in System design and Implementation Experience programming including J2EE, Weblogic and Oracle (OC4J)；
In Depth knowledge with Powerbuilder / Oracle / WebLogic / Business Objects / Oracle Discovery；
Knowledge of Application & Database System Architecture；
Knowledge in SMPP, MMSC, 3GPP, TIBCO, Microsoft.NET, Message Queueing, SOA will be a definite advantage；
Frequent travel to Hong Kong is required；
Willing to work overtime, 7x24 Standby Service is required；
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English & Chinese.

 Responsibilities:

Conduct daily systems operations, including batch jobs and administration
tasks；
Monitor system, computer and networking equipment at data centre；
Attend to helpdesk phone calls and call registration into helpdesk system；
Assist Data Centre Supervisor, System and Network Engineer to perform problem
diagnosis；
Co-ordinates with vendor in problem fixing；
Follow problem escalation procedure；
Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers.

3Job Description:
• Manage a team of IT professionals and be responsible for the
delivery of large scale software development projects for the business located
in Hong Kong and South China. They shall take charge in all phases of project
development life cycles, including project planning, management and execution
of system implementation services and to deliver solutions on time within
budget.
• To coordinate system release from gathering user requirement to
system deployment
• To prepare progress status reports
• Analyze business processes and make recommendation for business
process implementation
• Advise IT regarding requirements of business process and works with
end users and IT personnel in the implementation of process change
• Develop expertise in the company use of automated applications and
serves as contact point for end users on proposed process and application
changes
• Prepare requirement, functional and testing specification
• Verify and test actual implementation of business process
• Assist subordinate to handle the technical problem.


Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline;
• 1-2 years Java programming experience including J2EE, Weblogic and
Oracle (OC4J)
• 3-4 years solid experience in System design and Implementation
Experience programming including J2EE, Weblogic and Oracle (OC4J)
• In Depth knowledge with Powerbuilder / Oracle / WebLogic / Business
Objects / Oracle Discovery.
• Excellent knowledge in Release Management
• Knowledge in SMPP, MMSC, 3GPP, TIBCO, Microsoft.NET, Message
Queueing, SOA will be a definite advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP protocol.
• Good sense of technology trend
• Knowledge of System Security Architecture
• Knowledge of Backup & Recovery of Database Management System
• Knowledge of Application & Database System Architecture
• Experience in webpage design and content management
• Solid experience on project management and system development
methodology such as PRINCE2, PMI and SSADM;
• Extensive experience in managing enterprise scale business
applications and be able to translate business requirements into technical
solutions;
• Good understanding of software development frameworks such as object-
oriented development tools, testing methods, configuration management,
deployment strategies etc.
