In the 1.3 release, the following features have been introduced or enhanced: 3GPP/3GPP2 MMS Rel-6 alignments, MMS Postcard Service, MMS Template Concept, introduction of two MM Content Domains (Core and Content), enhancements to the MM Content Classes, improvements of MMS Creation Modes (e.g., Re-submission Mode), MMS UA Prof schema alignments, update of MMS Device Management Parameters.
