To enable local Guest account using Domain Group Policy, please refer to the following steps.
1. In Group Policy Management, double-click Group Policy Objects.
2. Click the GPO that you want to edit.
2. In Group Policy Management Editor, expand to Computer Configuration->Policies->Windows Settings->Security Settings->Local Policies->Security Options
3. In the right panel, please double the “Accounts: Guest account status” item and then check “Define this policy setting”->Enabled.
4. Click OK.
To use classical XP logon screen using Domain Group Policy, please refer to the following steps.
1. In Group Policy Management, double-click Group Policy Objects.
2. Click the GPO that you want to edit.
2. In Group Policy Management Editor, expand to Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->System->Logon.
3. In the right panel, please double the “Always use classic logon” item and then click “Enabled”.
4. Click OK.
