使用axis1.x DataHandler方式上传文件

开发框架为Springboot 2.1.18，在使用DataHandler方式上传附件过程中出现如下报错内容：

可通过修改axis源码来解决该问题：

第一步：axis默认使用http1.0，需要修改为http1.1。用winrar打开axis-1.4.jar，找到截图所示文件：

配置Axis使用CommonsHTTPSender代替默认的HTTPSender。

第二步：同时确保项目中需要使用httpclient<=3.x版本，最新的httpcomponents,axis1.4无法识别。
