Ruby程序代码文件需要UTF-8编码

下面这个文件在NotePad++中编译不会通过，提示编码错误；

因为Ruby解释器默认支持UTF-8编码的代码文件，而在其它没有设置默认编码为UTF-8的编辑器保存后，会是其它编码，Windows下默认GBK编码；

重新设置编码格式，即可；
