Material Determination in Sales Order

An access sequence(访问序列) is a sequence of steps that the system follows in sequential order to obtain a condition record. The condition record has a value that is assigned to it. (VK31 to create pricing record)

every procedure has at least one condition type

every condition type has an access sequence

every access sequence has at least one condition table

every condition table has at least one condition record

Procedure->condition types条件类型(in sequence01-999)->access sequence 访问序列->condition table条件表->condition record条件记录

When a sales order is created and the determination procedure is accessed, the procedure then calls the condition types in sequence. The condition types then each individually calls the access sequence and subsequently calls the condition tables, which the system then checks to see if a valid condition record exists.

1. Put the fields you will need into the field catalog

2. Create the condition tables you will need

3. Create the access sequence you will need

4. Assign the condition tables to the access sequence

5. Create the condition types

6. Assign the access sequence to the condition types

7. Created the determination prodedure(if necessary) and assign the condition types to it.

8. Assign the determination procedure.

9. Lastly create your condition records.
