苹果审核reject理由大全（3）：获取用户信息、IAP商店

苹果认为用户信息涉及隐私，如果未经用户允许获取用户信息，会被reject。
但是，审核人员有可能过度使用审核条款。例如，排行榜是一个司空见惯的功能，但是审核人员认为我们使用了用户的“游戏得分”信息。

解决方案：这里我选择申诉，要求重新审核。
注意：申诉有可能有效，也可能无效，取决于审核人员的理解。

这个应用包含IAP商品，但是在审核版本期间我关闭了商城，导致审核人员看不到商品。而IAP购买是每个版本必定会审核的内容，因此审核人员对我发起质疑，要求我回复该问题。

解决方案：我告诉审核人员，商城在该版本中暂时维护关闭，维护之后会重新开放。

Hello,

Thank you for your response. To fully comply with 17.1, it would be appropriate to make it clear to the user that their personal data will be uploaded to your server and you must obtain the user’s consent before the data is uploaded.

For 17.1, our app does not collect user’s device data, or other protected data like phone number. In our game, all game data are stored in server, and the rank of users also stored in server, it’s not we uploaded, it’s already there. Many apps have the game center rank, but i never see these apps remind me for this. So I think we do follow the App Review Guideline. For the question “Does your app still utilize In-App Purchase?”, we are maintaining our store, thus will not provide In-App Purchase in this version.

Specifically, your app uses users’ score for ranking without users’ permission.

Next Steps

To collect personal data with your app, you must make it clear to the user that their personal data will be uploaded to your server and you must obtain the user’s consent before the data is uploaded.

• Starting with iOS 6, there are keys for specifying the reason the app will access the user’s protected data. When the access prompt is displayed, the purpose specified in these keys is displayed in that dialog box. If your application will be transmitting protected user data, the usage string in your access request should clearly inform the user that their data will be uploaded to your server if they consent.
