how to build a cgal program in vs2010

here we use example/surface_modeling/all_roi_assign_example.cpp as an example

first we need to add some including directories:

then we also need to add some library directories:

after copying all_roi_assign_example.cpp to our project and compiling, the follows will be shown that  error C2039: “Matrix”: 不是“CGAL::Default”的成员

to fix this problem, the CGAL_EIGEN3_ENABLED macro definition should be added in preprocessor definition.

compiling again, we will run into an error which will say 无法打开文件“libboost_thread-vc100-mt-gd-1_55.lib”

however, we only have boost_thread-vc100-mt-gd-1_55.lib in our computer, the "lib" before the file name stands for a static library.

In order to solve this problem, we can easily add BOOST_ALL_DYN_LINK in preprocessor definition to notify the linker to link dynamic library.
