职位描述

1、核心服务的自动化覆盖实现
（1）基于现有自动化框架，根据核心服务的功能和业务流程，设计全面、有效的自动化Case，确保Case的准确性和可执行性，并定期执行自动化Case，监控测试执行过程，及时处理测试过程中出现的问题。
（2）对测试结果进行详细分析，定位缺陷并准确描述，与开发团队沟通协调，推动缺陷的修复。
（3）协助将自动化测试集成到 CI/CD 流程中，提高测试效率和质量。
2、提效工具开发
（1）与测试团队、开发团队沟通交流，了解他们在日常工作中遇到的痛点和效率瓶颈，分析业务流程和工作场景，确定提效工具的功能需求和使用场景。
（2）根据需求实现工具的主要功能，包括数据处理、报表生成、自动化操作等，提高工作效率和准确性。

2、技术能力要求
