环境：

OS：Mac10.12.6

Server：uWSGI  2.0.18

1.1 创建一个test.py文件：

def application(env, start_response):

1.2 启动uWSGI服务器：

uwsgi --http :8000 --wsgi-file test.py

意思是使用8000端口启动这个文件，效果如下：
