vmware vsphere esxi 6.5不全

因esxi-customizer-ps脚本运行是吧，暂时搁置

本来打算安装6.7或者以上结果包里边没有匹配的网卡驱动，

一、网卡驱动问题

使用vmware 官方ESXI ISO安装提示No network adapters were detected，详细信息如下:

No network adapters were detected. Either no network adapters are physically connected to the system, or a suitable driver could not be located. A third party driver may be required.
Ensure that there is at least one network adapter physically connected to the system before attempting installation. If the problem persists, consult the VMware Knowledge Base.

这是由于vmware 官方ESXI ISO缺少网卡驱动导致的，厂商官网发布有服务器定制版本的ESXI ISO，但是主要用于厂商 ECM服务器，并不适用办公台式机，使用该镜像同样提示找不到网卡。所以需要基于vmware官方ESXI ISO手动导入网卡驱动包，导入流程如下：

1、网卡驱动下载：

1.1、网卡驱动的查看，windows系统可以通过驱动精灵、驱动人生等驱动管理程序查看，百度就OK了
1.2、驱动程序的下载：点我去下载网卡驱动
看下图找到属于自己的网卡

点击下载vib格式的网卡驱动

得到net55-r8168-8.045a-napi.x86_64.vib

2、update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update03.zip 下载

2.1、 Dell厂商的镜像地址：

2.2、VMware官方 6.7官网下载地址：

vmware相关包现在地址,例如： .\update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update03.zip (再此对站点维护人员表示感谢，官网下载太慢了，还不稳定)
