RuntimeError: Legacy autograd function with non-static forward method is deprecated.Please use new-style autograd function with static forward method解决方法
需要将pytorch版本降到1.2

去pytorch官网https://pytorch.org/get-started/previous-versions/#v120找到torch1.2版本
我用的是
CPU only

pip install torch==1.2.0+cpu torchvision==0.4.0+cpu -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

安装好在运行即可
如果觉得warning太多太麻烦了，可以加上

import warnings
warnings.filterwarnings("ignore")

手动忽略掉UserWarning
