Execution failed for task ‘:TpsForMobile_vivo:generateJsonModelDebug’.

exception while building Json $Could not resolve all files for configuration ‘:TpsForMobile_vivo:debugCompileClasspath’.

解决方案：重启as,clean project 重启电脑都无用的情况下后来查到查看文章https://github.com/arnesson/cordova-plugin-firebase/issues/755发现
在build.gradle下面添加
jcenter { url “http://jcenter.bintray.com/”}

加了之后了成功build success。
