设置textView的 输入框

有两种做法

 1, 找设计师要一张背景图片, 然后将textView添加到 图片上. 

 

  CGFloat LeftRightMagrgin = 10;

    CGFloat textImageViewW = (self.view.width - LeftRightMagrgin * 2) ;

    CGFloat Y = 64 + 20;

    UIImageView *textImageView = [[UIImageView alloc]init];

    textImageView.frame = CGRectMake(LeftRightMagrgin, Y, textImageViewW, 105 * WSCALE6);

    textImageView.image = [UIImage imageNamed:@"找房_16.png"];

    textImageView.userInteractionEnabled = YES;

    

    UITextView *textView = [[UITextView alloc]init];

    textView.frame = CGRectMake(3, 3, textImageViewW -6, 105-6);

    textView.text = @"您的意见就是我们前进的动力";

    textView.font = [UIFont systemFontOfSize:14];

    textView.textColor = [UIColor grayColor];

    self.inputTextView = textView;

    [textImageView addSubview:textView];

    

    [self.view addSubview:textImageView];

2. 直接设置textView的layer  

  

   self.otherRequirment.layer.cornerRadius = 10;

    self.otherRequirment.layer.borderColor = [UIColor grayColor].CGColor;

   self.otherRequirment.layer.borderWidth = 0.3;

    self.otherRequirment.clipsToBounds = YES;
