1.WEB-INF是Java的WEB应用的安全目录，客户端无法访问，只有服务端才可以访问

2.访问webapp下(WEB-INF以外)的静态资源文件时，springMVC.xml和web.xml要如下配置：

3.当webapp下的response.jsp被访问时，静态资源能被加载出来。

4.当WEB-INF下的jsp文件直接访问WEB-INF外的image包中的图片时，图片不能加载。
